From Julie Sola, a Nashville-based artist and designer, comes Run Fast Milo! a true-life tale of a puppy who loves nothing more than running fast. It's a playful narrative that will quickly fuel an imagination and find a home in the heart.

With its simple yet quirky sentences, a relatable tale of gleeful exuberance, and its bright, original illustrations, Run Fast, Milo! is that unique children’s book that can be enjoyed by a child while catching the creative eye of a parent. Tapping into an artistic-style honed at Hatch Print, Sola typeset Run Fast, Milo! by hand using antique Cheltenham type and hand-carved each of the images out of linoleum before hand-printing it on a 1964 Vandercook proofing press. It’s this uncommon artistic approach that lends an appealing Southern and country-music flair to Milo’s cheerful tale and one that will surely have it standing out on the bookshelf at home.
