In de roerige jaren 80 wordt rechercheur De Cock (Waldemar Torenstra) gestationeerd in het rauwe politiestation op de Warmoesstraat in Amsterdam. Samen met zijn nieuwe partner Montijn (Tygo Gernandt) stuit de Cock op een moordzaak die leidt naar een mogelijke aanslag tijdens de kroning van Prinses Beatrix. Ze moeten alles op alles zetten om een drama op de kroningsdag te voorkomen.
