Made-for-television biopic of one of the most important Biblical prophets and kings, whose name became a byword for wisdom but who was brought low by his fateful meeting with the Queen of Sheba. Solomon (Ben Cross) rises to become the benevolent King of Israel, presiding over the construction of the famous Temple and the Ark of the Covenant, loved by his people, and respected as a just ruler until he falls in love with the Queen of Sheba (Vivaca A. Fox). With her departure Solomon falls into a ruinous depression, a malaise that begins to affect the stability and peace of his own kingdom to its eventual ruin.
