Hannah (Johanna Black) has been raised as an assassin, trained by her father to be an expert killer. When her father is murdered, Hannah has to choose between her familiar life of clandestine crime, or adapt herself to a normal law-abiding existence. Her choice is complicated by the sinister scheming of a corrupt Senator who aims to be President.
