Ze was onlangs al te gast bij Vrije Geluiden, deze Ethiopische zangeres die momenteel in Nederland woont. Haar nieuwe cd is een fraaie collectie songs, ge´nspireerd op haar eigen leven tussen twee culturen. Ze brengt dan ook een hypnotiserende en eigentijdse mix van Ethiopische grooves en melodieÙn met westerse pop. Een opvallende cd, die goed in het gehoor ligt en internationaal al heel goed ontvangen wordt.
