Die in England geborene Wahlpariserin präsentiert hier zwölf neue Deep Soul Groover unter eindeutig programmatischem Titel, die Fans von Veröffentlichungen auf Labels wie Daptone, Timmion, Record Kicks oder Penniman in helle Begeisterung versetzen dürften. Neben der gelungenen "Tainted Love"-Interpretation stammen die Songs und Arrangements von Keyboarder Ludovic Bors, viele der Texte wurden von seiner Q-Sounds-Kollegin Christelle Amoussou geschrieben.
