Joel Xavier is waarschijnlijk de beste jazzgitarist van Portugal en speelde al met de groten uit deze wereld, onder wie Toots Thielemans, Larry Coryell, Arturo Sandoval en Richard Galliano. Voor deze duoplaat vroeg hij de Amerikaanse contrabassist Ron Carter, die akkoord ging na het beluisteren van de songs. Het resultaat is zeer intieme muziek, slechts gespeeld op gitaar en bas. "I have been on hundreds of recording sessions, but not many have been as much fun, or rewarding musically as recording with Joel Xavier", zei Carter. 180-grams vinyl, ook leverbaar als cd.
