`Sîn' is the name given in Mesopotamia to a deity representing the moon. In English, sin refers to transgression, a violation of the law. Ko Shin Moon's forthcoming album takes root within the ambiguity of these interpretations and the elusive meanings they suggest. It traces a continuum from dawn to dusk, from open fields to cities, from union to separation, balancing the desire for transgression with the quest for plenitude.
