Henry Cavill (“Man of Steel”) stars as Napoleon Solo opposite Armie Hammer (“The Social Network”) as Illya Kuryakin and Alicia Vikander (“Ex Machina”), in director Guy Ritchie’s “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.”, a fresh take on the hugely popular 1960s television series. Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s period of the Cold War, “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” centres on U.N.C.L.E. agents Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin on a joint mission against a mysterious criminal organization, which is working to proliferate nuclear weapons.
Daniel Pemberton is an Ivor Novello winning and multi-BAFTA nominated composer who works predominantly in film, television and videogames. His credits include everything from feature films such as “The Awakening” and the Sundance Jury winning “Enemies Of The People” to cult British television shows such as “Peep Show”, “Hells Kitchen” and “Great British Menu”.
Daniel Pemberton created an exciting soundtrack with relaxing lounge instrumentals full of jazz and swing elements. Moreover the soundtrack contains seven licensed original classics as “Compared To What” by Roberta Flack or “Take Care Of Business” by Nina Simone.
