Blues for Harvey

Johnny `Little Giant' Griffin verhuisde in 1963 naar Frankrijk, toen de hoogtijdagen van de straight-ahead jazz snel verdwenen. Samen met andere expats als Dexter Gordon, Bud Powell en Kenny Clarke had Griffin een zeer productieve carriÞre in Europa. De originele versie van deze 180 grams lp werd in 1973 in het `Jazzhus Montmartre' in Kopenhagen live opgenomen, gedurende twee avonden.
