The Subways' 'Money and Celebrity', is now available in a limited edition red and white split vinyl. Originally released in 2011, the third studio album by the powerhouse trio is packed with adrenaline-pumping anthems that cemented their place in the UK indie rock scene. The album showcases the band's ability to blend infectious melodies with biting social commentary, capturing the spirit of a generation. Recorded and produced by Stephen Street (The Smiths, BLUR, Kaiser Chiefs) in London, 'Money and Celebrity' is The Subways at their most dynamic, featuring hit singles like 'We Don't Need Money to Have a Good Time', which received widespread radio support, including heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1, and 'It's a Party', which became a fan favourite after the band released it out of the blue via their website with no prior warning, crashing their server.
