The Great Machine, an artificial intelligence network, controls the steam-powered city built into the sky on mobile platforms. You can take on the role of the big machine. You will command a troop of perfected servants and mechanical guards. Your ultimate goal is to suppress social unrest and complete your great master plan for perfecting humanity. OR! You can be a hero working against the Great Machine to stop the enslaving master plan! Together with the other heroes, you promote dissatisfaction in the city, fuel riots and try to bring about a revolution.

The battle between the Resistance and the Great Machine reaches a whole new level. New heroes with unique abilities join the side of the revolution as the Great Machine reinforces its servants with powerful implants and sends their secretly trained servants into the field. The state surveillance airship now crosses over the city and opens up new possibilities for both parties to the conflict.

Both sides are firmly convinced that their course is the right one. The only question is. which side will you be on?
