2023! Ist denn jetzt schon Apokalypse? Ja, wow! Apokalypse Wow, das sechste Album von Frittenbude, das erste Album auf dem eigenen Label Nachti. Mit den Singles ‘Sandadrome’ und ‘Stoli’ sendeten Jakob Häglsperger (Kalipo, Dina Summer, u.a.) und Johannes ‘Strizi’ Rögner (Team Delphin, Anette Records, u.a.) vorab eindeutige Signale, denn man bleibt der klaren Kante treu und doch ist irgendwie alles anders. Den postpunkigen Gitarren und epischen Bläsern der 2022 veröffentlichten Singles, folgen mit ‘Vorbei’ und ‘Suchen/Finden’ tröstende Pop-Hits. Aber auch basslastige Technopunktracks, wie wir sie von ihren Liveshows kennen (zur Veröffentlichung auch auf Apokalypse Wow Tour!) findet man auf den insgesamt 12 Album-Tracks.
