Aileen Wuornos: American Boogeywoman

Gebaseerd op het vroege leven van Aileen Wuornos, de meest beruchte seriemoordenares uit Amerika. In 1976 arriveert een jonge Aileen in Flordia, op zoek naar een nieuw leven dat haar zal helpen ontsnappen aan haar tragische verleden. Ze ontmoet jachtclubpresident Lewis Gratz Fell en krijgt de kans om opnieuw te beginnen na hun trouwdag. Gekweld door innerlijke demonen geeft Aileen zich echter over aan haar moorddadige impulsen en richt een bloedbad aan in de vredige kustgemeenschap van Deland, Florida.
