Berufsethische Konkretionen in einem fraktalen Lernraum
Hinter dem Begriff des fraktalen Lernraums verbirgt sich ein Lernkonzept fur den Berufsethikunterricht in der Polizei, das sich an Bedurfnissen und Herausforderungen orientiert und entsprechend zugeschnitten ist. Es soll dazu beitragen, dass ein multifunktionales Lernen mit gut dargestellten Inhalten sowie geeigneten Sozialformen, Methoden und Medien realisiert wird. Durch die besondere Gestaltung sollen sich die Polizeischulerinnen und -schuler auf eine nachhaltige und tiefenwirksame Erschliessung der Inhalte einlassen, welche der traditionelle Lernraum oftmals nicht ermoglicht. Dieser Band stellt die Konzeption eines fraktalen Lernraums fur den berufsethischen Unterricht der Polizei zu Gewalt, Sterben und Tod, Stress und Angst sowie zur Wahrnehmung vor. The phrase 'fractal environ of education' encompasses a learning concept for teaching professional ethics at the police force, which is oriented and accordingly tailored to their needs and the challenges that they face. The concept is designed to contribute to the realisation of multifunctional learning with well-presented content as well as imparting appropriate social forms, methods and media. Its unique style allows the police cadets to engage in a sustainable and profoundly effective discovery of the content often disallowed by the traditional educational environs.
