English summary: At the eighth ""Bonner Gespräch zum Energierecht"" in November 2013 academics as well as members of all involved industries met in Lerbach to discuss today's questions of the internal energy market in Europe.
The papers deal with the recent legal and political changes from various angles. In particular questions of the basic right to peaceful enjoyment of property were addressed as well as changes with the German renewable energies act (EEG). However, as usual, not only legal problems were adressed, but the relevant questions were also being looked at from an economic point of view.
German description: Das Energierecht befindet sich in derselben Krisenhaftigkeit wie die Energieversorgung als Wirtschaftszweig. Die Energiewende f hrt zu immer neuen europäischen und internationalen Regulierungssch ben. Umso mehr ist es angezeigt, sich mit den Grundlagenfragen zu beschäftigen: Die Beiträger dieses Bandes widmen sich u.a. den volkswirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der Energiewende, fragen nach der beihilferechtlichen Bewertung der Stromnetzentgeltbefreiungen und den EEG-Umlagemechanismen.
