This book is more dynamic than other basic first-words or colour books because its pictures and words were strategically chosen to start with early developing phonemes (b,p,m,d,t) and to teach your child words they can easily say or approximate at a very young age (nine months to two years old) like 'puppy' vs 'elephant'. 'Wishy Washy' also provides tips for parents to help them encourage verbal approximations (acceptable substitutes). Plus, this engaging book comes with an attached wooden paintbrush and faux paint palette - a tactile, interactive tool that will provide your child with multi-sensory learning and help them better retain the information on each page.
