The topics covered include starting and running a private limitedcompany as well as the duties of company officers. The responsibilities andcontrols over directors are examined, in relation to service contracts andother transactions, as well as the mechanisms for removing directors.

After discussing financing the company and shareholder issues, the bookexamines the consequences of company administration, insolvency and personalbankruptcy.

Finally, contracts for goods and services are examined, together with keybusiness taxes.
