The Rough Guide to Tango

Dit is de opvolger van een van de populairste oudere Rough Guides. Sinds de jaren 90 zijn er vele variaties op de traditionele tango ontstaan, niet in het minst door de grote belangstelling van de buitenlandse wereldmuziekscene. De artiesten op deze verzamelaar zijn allen schatplichtig aan Piazzolla, maar verwerken subtiel nieuwe elementen in hun muziek. Het bonusalbum is Narcotango 2 van Carlos Libedinsky, die een eigen vorm van tango electronico uitgewerkt heeft.
