By listening to the Natal Hypnotherapy(t) CD in the last few weeks of your pregnancy, you will master effective breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques, helping you to stay calm and relaxed throughout the experience and so helping both you and your baby have a better caesarean birth and post natal experience. Listen to track 2 three times a week leading up to every day in the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. This CD is most effective when used as part of the Natal Hypnotherapy(t) Programme.
