Now adapted for use in the classroom, as well as pairs and individuals, this practical second edition allows you to use this fun CBT-based activity with children and young people aged 7-16.


This well researched approach is proven to help children who have difficulty identifying troubling feelings such as anger and fear and can be used in a variety of potentially distressing situations including bullying or tricky transitions from primary to secondary school.
