A magical fantasy story for 7–12 year olds.  Twelve-year-old Darcy Holloway is on an epic adventure, when she is pulled through her dreams into a world filled with magic. Together with her new friends, a group of trainee fairy godmothers, they must find the only thing powerful enough to save the magic in their realm and beyond – the Celestial Wand.

Fairy godmothers walk among us, hidden in plain sight, tasked with protecting humans from harm. This was a fact twelve-year-old Darcy Holloway had always known to be true, until her mother passed away two years ago, leaving her suddenly sceptical of all things magical. Until one night, when she’s pulled through her dreams into the fairy realm, where she befriends a group of trainee fairy godmothers, led by tenacious, Bella Brightheart. 

The friends have overheard a big secret – the fairy realm is running out of magic. But Darcy’s arrival could not have been more perfectly timed. Together, they discover that Darcy’s gemstone necklace, the last gift from her mother, has always connected her to the fairy world and is part of an ancient prophecy that could restore magic to the realm by forging the all-powerful Celestial Wand. But saving the realm will take sacrifice; and with fearsome goblins, tricky pixies and an epic quest in their way, it will surely be an adventure to remember.
