The Elephant, who was oh, so shy!

A beautiful rhyming picture book, illustrated with bright colours, for children to learn how to navigate life and emotions in a fun way.

This beautifully illustrated book tells the story of an “Oh, so shy elephant” navigating her world as she fears interaction with anyone. She learns with the help of Molly Maguire, her anteater friend, that everyone has differences unique to them, and that she should let her beautiful personality shine. With encouragement from a diverse band of new friends, she finds the courage to come out of her shell and live her absolute joy!

It’s a story of camaraderie, support, guidance and encouragement that will help any shy child see that friends will always be found and joy always made with a little bit of courage and kindness. It shows how great the world of children’s playtime is, encouraging outdoor and imaginative play, and how combined efforts reap rewards, as we’re living in a time of mental health awareness. A truly uplifting story told in jaunty rhyme to charm the hearts of parents and children alike.
