Starting with foundational pranayama, and slowly progressing to intermediate and advanced practices, this is an accessible resource designed with yoga teachers and students in mind. In just four weeks, you'll have the tools to succeed in creating habitual pranayama sequences and will be equipped to infuse your practice with your own creativity. Each pranayama technique is supplemented with an audio recording to guide each exercise. As well as this, you'll also benefit from a multitude of journal prompts and exercises that gently encourage you to personalise your journey with your own experiences and reflections.
