Ernie's Brain goes so fast that he turns to his friend Bernie for help to slow it down. Bernie has lots of advice for relaxing things Ernie can DO, but most of all, he encourages Ernie to just BE. With his friend's help, Ernie learns to enjoy the present moment instead of always thinking about the next one.
