Establish a Sunday Reset routine with this gift-ready set of 100 inspiring and easy-to-follow prompts that will help you refresh your home, rejuvenate your spirit, and get your week started right.

Use your Sunday to slow down and reset both your living space and wellbeing. Inspired by the hugely popular Sunday Reset trend, which has been embraced by millions online, each stick in this compact, foil-stamped package contains two prompts to help you get started.

Ready to reset? Just pick a stick: one side lists a chore that will reward you with a cleaner home, and the other side suggests a self-care treat to help you feel rejuvenated as you head into your work or school week. Pick one stick for a mini reset, or multiple for a day full of productivity and reinvigoration!

Prompts include such pairs as:

CHORE: Meal-prep a breakfast for the week.
TREAT: Listen to a cozy playlist or your favorite album from start to finish while you cook.

CHORE: Sweep and mop or vacuum the floors.
TREAT: Do a quick, relaxing yoga or stretch routine.

CHORE: Wash your throw blankets and pillows.
TREAT: Home movie night! Pop some popcorn, eat some candy, and get cozy with a new movie.
