Taken by Keith's 'assistant', Spanish Tony, these never-seen-before images show the Rolling Stones relaxing in French villas; chilling at Keith's country pile; playing in concerts and TV specials and giving an intimate insight to life on the road.

From 1969 to 1973, Tony Sanchez was part of the band's inner circle. He was their unofficial photographer during a fertile and eventful creative period that saw the release of the likes of Beggar's Banquet, Sticky Fingers and Exile on Main Street. He captured the band members during moments of rest and play. and there was a lot of both.

This is the first collection of an incredible archive that unveils a previously unseen history and offers an intimate portrait that every Stones fan will adore. With over 200 images and context provided by respected music journalist and Stones expert Simon Goddard, Just a Shot Away is an illustrated music book like no other.
