On a blustery day,Oat and Barley decide to fly a kite. Though Barley worries it’s a bit toowindy for kite flying, Oat is enthusiastic and takes the lead. Together theybuild it but when they go to fly it, the wind whips tiny Oat up and into theair. The kite carries Oat all around until landing him right back home.
