The book explores the challenging emotions of anger, stress, worry, grief, and fear and invites enthusiasm, joy, confidence, forgiveness, and growth. Teaching the organ system and meridian lines, as well as healing sounds and colours, the book helps us change our perception, connect more deeply with ourselves and with nature, and offers tools to revitalise our everyday experience.
