In this humorous story, Monkey finds it hard to concentrate. He tries really hard, but he often starts thinking about other things. He also finds it hard to stay calm when things go wrong. Mrs Croc teaches him how to be mindful to help him feel calmer and more focused.

This charming book is the perfect way to introduce young children to the concept of mindfulness and how people can use different techniques to help them stay calm and feel better. Also included are suggestions for activities and ideas to talk through together to help children understand the concept.
