At the back of the book are extensive notes that give support and advice for helping children get to sleep. There are also ideas for questions that the parents or carers can ask the children to think about so they can get to sleep on their own. Within the illustrations (and linked to the notes at the back of the book) are ideas for quiet activities that children can do before bed.

Many children struggle to get to sleep with worries and anxieties filling their head - last thing at night is not the right time to be trying to deal with these.
