Numerous medicine and dosage changes have been made in accordance with Department of Health (DOH) recommendations. This edition includes the 2018 edition of the Department of Health Primary Care Standard Treatment Guidelines (STGs) and Essential Medicines List (EML). It also includes information obtained from the Hospital Level STGs and EML.
