The Art of Marvel Animation’s Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is a collector's item packed with photos and interviews with key creatives accompanied by sketches, storyboards, character and costume designs, animation cels, and other ephemera from the making of the series.

Featuring a style that combines the aesthetic of vintage comic book art with a distinctly modern depiction of Peter Parker’s New York City, the series explores the unique challenges of balancing friendships, schoolwork, and internships while coming to terms with the realities of life as a Super Hero.

Under the tutelage of Norman Osborn, Peter dons a number of suits on his journey to establishing himself as Spider-Man and takes on hordes of street-level villains outfitted by Doctor Otto Octavius. Run-ins with familiar heroes like Doctor Strange, Daredevil, and Iron Man establish Peter's place in the Marvel Universe and expand the boundaries of his world beyond his titular neighborhood.
