When Daddy takes a new job, which just so happens to be the President of the United States, he promises his beloved daughters a puppy after they move into their new house (yes, that house). Word spreads far and wide and every animal around the globe wants the part - puppies from France, a basset hound from Mississippi, even a kitten, a guinea pig, skunks, turtles and a raccoon - who will the girls choose?
