This new edition of Nelson Maths provides a rigorous, whole-school programme for teaching and learning maths from early years through to the end of primary education. Written for learners across the world, this course enables all children to start and sustain a lifelong journey with maths. The Nelson Maths series includes Pupil Books, write-in Workbooks, and Teacher Books. Assessment support, eBooks and parent notes are also available on Oxford Owl. The write-in Workbooks allow children to further practice, extend and consolidate understanding of key concepts presented in the Pupil Books. Clear instructions and worked examples are provided to support independent learning at home or at school. There is a wide range of highly visual activities, including problem-solving exercises to develop children's mathematical thinking skills. Learning is reinforced through definitions of key terms, hint boxes and direct links back to the relevant pages in the Pupil Books.
