It includes practical tasks and exercises that complement the original volume to enhance and strengthen the ability of helping professionals to better care for their own psychological health while assisting highly stressed and traumatised clients. Whether used on its own or in combination with the original volume, this workbook provides helpers with a safe space to prioritise their well–being.
