Based on the Model Of Human Occupation (MOHO), the programme aims to foster positivity and self-confidence. It encourages participants to reflect on seven core topics, including their values, their routines, their interests, and their social connections. Each topic is supported by a background literature section highlighting the occupational importance of the issue, followed by key messages for sharing with participants and a choice of person-friendly activities for exploring the ideas together.
