Through these brief, approachable strategies, middle school teachers will be guided to spend time each day—whether just a few minutes or an integrated hour-long lesson—fostering their students’ self-awareness, emotional literacy, resilience, and deeper understanding of personal well-being, without needing a counseling degree or prior mental health training.
