The city of Rochester is gripped by fear. A wizard is killing at random. Or is he? Each victim receives a business card before they die, and now others say they have been contacted too. It’s up to paranormal investigator Tempest Michaels to connect the dots and stop the killings.

No, probably not, but then Tempest doesn’t believe in magic and his plan mostly involves punching the wizard in the pants.
