EDC often provide support for students, faculty, and staff of color while also responding to the ever-evolving needs of the institution to create a more equitable, inclusive, and accessible environment.

In highlighting the perspectives of EDC across diverse, intersecting identities, this text brings to the forefront strategies that institutions can implement to strengthen their support and cultivate a sense of belonging in their communities.
