The main film [60 mins] follows a group of four climbers on single and multi-pitch rock climbs. A range of technical chapters [145 mins] expand upon the messages in the film providing comprehensive information on: Belaying, bouldering, sport climbing, gear and building anchors, runners and rope work, access and conservation, abseiling, emergencies, equipment care.
