The AA has awarded Rosettes for culinary excellence since 1956.  The AA Restaurant Guide 2026 has over 1,560 Rosette restaurants professionally rated by AA inspectors. Features include the latest chef changes for 3, 4 and 5 Rosette restaurants, colour images and all of the AA 2026 Restaurant of the Year award winners.

This compact and practical guide to Britain and Northern Ireland’s top dining destinations includes all venues who currently hold a Rosette for culinary  excellence.  With over 1,400 restaurants currently awarded Rosettes by the AA’s professional inspectors, this is the food lover’s guide to enjoying the best  cuisine. The 2026 guide is arranged by country, then county, with restaurants then listed alphabetically by location. Restaurant detail includes the contact  details and a description of each restaurant to help you discover your next favourite place to eat. Restaurants that have a Notable Wine List are also highlighted.
