Each chapter is built around a recipe for a simple, freezer-friendly prep-ahead base, followed by nine recipes using this base recipe, all of which can be ready in under 30 minutes. These bases, stocks, doughs and clever preps are all:
- Made completely from scratch
- Freezer-friendly with clear freeze and thaw guidance
- Designed to be reused in multiple, very different meals
