Thanks to some friendly merkids, Dak, Fenn, and Lucy are able to travel under the sea to search for the stone. But then they swim into an angry, giant octopus-like creature called a kraken! It turns out the kraken is searching for something, too: her missing son! Can Dak, Fenn, and Lucy find the water stone—and the missing kraken—before the thief?
