This simple setting of Robert Creely's beautiful love poem Love Comes Quietly was commissioned by Lucy and Mike Piercy for their wedding and was first performed at The New Beacon Chapel, Sevenoaks, Kent in 2009.

Love Comes Quietly is a plaintive setting by Alexander L'Estrange of Robert Creely's beautiful love poem of the same name for SAATB. The texture is mostly homophonic and full of the rich jazz-infused harmonies that have become L’Estrange’s trademark. Perfect for weddings or concert programmes.
