Offers a way to learn the recorder. This book provides simple piano parts to accompany over 60 of the pieces in the Pupil's books 1 and 2, including the Concert Pieces. It also includes guitar chords.

RecorderWorld Teacher's Book provides simple coinciding tutorial elements and piano parts to accompany over 60 of the pieces in the RecorderWorld pupil's book 1 and book 2, including all the various genred pieces. Guitar chords are included, and there is also available a corresponding RecorderWorld Accompaniment CD to enable the child to have piano accompaniment whilst playing to create an enhanced learning experience.

RecorderWorld pupil's book 1 introduces the notes E, G, A, B, C and D, and RecorderWorld pupil's book 2  introduces the notes low F sharp, low D, B flat, low F, C sharp, top E, top F, low C, top F sharp and top G.  With lively cartoons by the acclaimed illustrator Drew Hillier, these books incorporate all the notes alongside key skills of musicianship, wider musical knowledge and games galore. 'Fact Files' introduce new information about beats, musical markings and time signatures while 'Clapping Games' instil a strong sense of rhythm. 'Quick Quizzes' help revise and reinforce new concepts while lively cartoons and colourful stickers make it so much fun!  is a step-by-step teaching method with lots of repertoire at each stage. 

With well-known and fun original pieces in a style kids love, kids can explore the world of improvisation and composition though imaginative starting points throughout. There are also many opportunities provided for performance straight away, and plenty of opportunity for group work with duets, rounds and percussion boxes.
