The Valley

EVERYONE IS TRAPPED. AND EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO HIDE.

Pre-order the chilling new Detective Hulda Hermannsdóttir mystery from Ragnar Jónasson, the million-copy bestselling author of the Hidden Iceland series, now a major Channel 4 drama

Christmas Eve, 1960. When a baby vanishes without a trace from a locked house in Reykjavík, devastation deepens when no leads surface and the case goes cold.

Twenty years later, the child's teddy bear is found in a fishing lodge in a valley in northern Iceland, and with it, a chance to finally uncover the truth emerges.

Detective Hulda Hermannsdóttir is sent to investigate, but when a storm cuts off the valley, she finds herself trapped with eight suspects. Until one of them is found dead.

The past has waited twenty years to be uncovered. But someone in the valley will kill to keep it hidden .
