Born and raised in a second-generation Italian household, food and family have always been at the centre of Giuseppe Federici’s life.

When he made the move to veganism, he was determined to find a way to continue to enjoy the classic Italian recipes that have been passed down through his family for generations.

Giuseppe knew just the person to help him, his Nonna. Working hand-in-hand, they have reinterpreted the delicious Italian dishes of Giuseppe’s youth using the same classic techniques and flavours but with all plant-based ingredients.

Creating a cookbook which celebrates rustic Italian home cooking and the joy of plant-based eating, but also the power of family and how food transcends generations and brings us together.
