Responsible Owner Cat Collars are made with safety in mind, the collars are completely reflective offering 360degress vison to any passing cars and come with a quick release buckle to make sure your cat/kitten never gets it caught on something. Each collar is made with premium canvas material with the fully reflective colour matching band around the outside. Each one can be adjusted from 21cm - 31cm offering a one size fits all solution.
