Becky Goddard-Hill is a former social worker a children’s psychotherapist and the author of activity books for kids which focus on wellbeing and emotional health. In this book on Big Feelings Becky aims to empower kids to manage those uncomfortable feelings that can often seem challenging and overwhelming. She wants them to feel in control and have a range of tools they can use when times are hard.
